PLACED ON 1st R~ Sing ~ Referred <br />TO FINANCE COMMITTEE on 9/2/97. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7255-97 <br /> <br /> BY:Boscia, Corrigan, <br />Flannery, George, Roth; Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION approving the Tax Budget of the City of Lakewood, State of Olfio for the year <br />1998, and authorizing the filing of same with the Auditor 0f Cuyah0ga County <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide for the usual daily operation of a mur~cipal department <br />arising from the necessity of preparing and filing a Tax Budget for the year 1998; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD; STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1. That the annual Tax Budget submitted by the Director of Financ~ of the City of <br />Lakewood, showing the mount of money needed and the necessary expenditures in the various <br />departments of the municipality for the year 1998, be and the same is hereby approved and the <br />Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio~ <br /> <br />Section 2 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its cunmfittees that resulted in such formal <br />action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />Clerk o1~ Council <br /> <br /> <br />
