REFERRED TO FINANCE COMMITTEE ON 10/6/97. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.: 7262-97 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Flannery, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Finance to sell, through <br />trade-in, one (1) 1983 Aquatech Sewer Jet unit and one (1) 1976 Vac-All unit in eon junction <br />with the purchase of one (1) new combination Jet Rodder, Sewer Cleaning Machine and one (1) <br />new combination Sewer Cleaning Machine. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CiD no longer needs one (I) 1983 Aquatech Sewer Jet unit and one (1) <br />Vac-All unit, and it is in the best interest of the City to sell this obsolete equipment via a trade-in <br />in conjunction with the purchase of a combination Jet Rodder/Sewer Cleaning Machine and a <br />combination Sewer Cleaning Machine. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section I. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized and directed to sell <br />via trade-in in conjunction with the purchase ora new combination Jet Rodder/Sewer Cleaning <br />Machine and a new combination Sewer Cleaning Machine. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
