Smith, as a Member of the Governing Board of <br />Lakewood Hospital for the full two-year ~erm ending December 31, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints Pamela J. Smith as a Member of the Governing <br />Board of Lakewood Hospital for the full two-year term ending December 31, 1999. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
