RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7289-98 BY:Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Skindell, <br /> Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Elmer Scheutzow for his public service in <br />the Department of Public Works of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective January 2, 1998, Elmer <br />Scheutzow completed almost 20 years of public service in the Division of Parks and <br />Public Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Parks and Public <br />Property, Elmer Scheutzow was recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who <br />rendered outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Works, but to the <br />entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Elmer ScheutzoW be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Elmer <br />Scheutzow its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his 20 <br />years of public service for the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
