RESOLUTION NO. 7295-98 <br /> <br />BY:Corrigan, Flannery, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Thomas Dukles for his public service in the <br />Department of Public Works in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective January 30, 1998, Thomas <br />Duktes completed 30 years and 5 months of public service in the Division of <br />Streets/Forestry; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Department of Public Works <br />Thomas Dukles was recognized asa loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br />outstanding service not only to the Department of Public Works, but to the entire <br />community as well. Tom is also to be commended for not having taken a sick day since <br />Apdi 1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Thomas Dukles be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Thomas Dukles <br />its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his 30 years and 5 <br />months of public service for the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and <br />Mayor wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Thomas Dukles, and that a <br />copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~'~~, <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
