PLACED ON 1st Reading & Referred to <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE on 4/6/98. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7507-98 BY: Corrigan, Flannery, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost of <br />memberships of municipal employees and/or Departments and Divisions in the First <br />Suburbs Consortium and the Sewer Pipe Users Group for the year 1998 and declaring <br />such memberships to be in the public interest. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, memberships of municipal employees in organizations are designed <br />to enhance the operation of municipal departments by the exchange of ideas, information <br />and experience to the public benefit, and; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That memberships in the following organiZations and associations.by <br />employees and/or Deparunents or Divisions of the City~.0f Lakewood are hereby declared <br />to be in the public interest: <br /> <br />First Suburbs Consortium <br />Sewer Pipe Users Group <br /> <br /> Section 2.
