Resolution No, <br /> <br />7361-98 By: Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Skinde11, <br /> Smith <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION requesting the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to draw and the Treasurer of Cuyahoga <br />County to pay to the Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, an advance of taxes collected for the <br />year 1999 in such amounts as may be requested and available. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 321.34 of the Revised Code provides that when local authorities by resolution so <br />request, the County Auditor shall draw and the County Treasurer shall pay on such draft to township <br />clerks, treasurers of municipal corporations, the Clerk of any board of education, and the treasurer of any <br />other political subdivision or taxing district whose funds derived from taxes or other sources are payable <br />by law to the County Treasurer, any money that may be in the County treasury to the accounts of such <br />local authorities; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OI-I~O: <br /> <br />Section I. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be requested to draw and the Treasurer of Cuyahoga <br />County be requested to pay to the Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, an <br />advance of taxes for the year 1999 in such amount as may be requested and which are available. <br /> <br />Section II.
