Sicha as a Member of the Heritage Advisory <br />Board for the full three year term commencing January l, 1999 and ending December 3 l, 2001. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section I. That Council hereby appoints Richard J. Sicha as a Member of the Heritage <br />Advisory Board for the full three-year term beginning January l, 1999 and ending December 3 l, <br />2001. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of the Council and any of its committees that resulted in such <br />tbrmal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CLE <br /> <br /> <br />
