RESOLUTION NO. 7380- 99 <br /> <br />BY:Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, Seelie, <br /> Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to nominateDennis~ :;J' ~R°cheas a Community Trustee of the <br />Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital/Cleveland Clinic Health System for the full five year <br />term ending December 31, 2003. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby nominates Dennis J. Roche as a <br />Community Trustee of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital/Cleveland Clinic Health <br />System for the full five year term ending December 31, 2003. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of the Council and any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance w/th all legal requirements. <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
