RESOLUTION NO. 738S-99 BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, <br />BY: Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Stephen Kalmer for his public service in the <br />Department of Public Works, Division of Refuse and Recycling in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement effective January 30, 1999, Stephen Kaltner <br />completed 33 years of public service in the Division of Refuse and Recycling; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Department of Public Works Stephen was <br />recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service not only to the <br />Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Stephen <br />Kaltner be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section t. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Stephen Kalmer its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his 33 years of public service for <br />the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of <br />health, happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Stephen Kalmer, and that a copy of this <br />Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />George, <br /> <br /> <br />
