RESOLUTION NO, 7414-99 BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to change the date of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />scheduled for July 5, 1999, to July 6, 1999. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council may, by a two-thirds vote of the members elected <br />thereto, suspend the operation of any rules as to any meeting and establish meeting <br />dates by ordinance and/or resolution; now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Article i11, Section 4 of the <br />Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, and Section 121.02 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, the Regular Meeting of this Council scheduled to <br />be held July 5;f1999, shall be and the same is hereby changed to Tuesday, July 6, <br />1999, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to give <br />notice of the new meeting date as provided in Section 1. herein to the public and media <br />in such manner as provided by the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood and the <br />law, and to the Mayor and all City departments. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />tSRESiDENT - _ <br />rVfayor~ <br /> <br /> <br />
