RESOLUTION NO. 7 4 5 4 - 0 0 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br /> Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to nominate Dr. Patrick Carey as a <br />Community Trustee of Lakewood Hospital Association for the full five-year term ending <br />December 31, 2004. <br /> <br />BE IT IIESOLVED BY THE CItY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints Dr. Patrick Carey as a <br />Community Trustee of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the <br />full five-year tern ending December 31, 2004. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
