RESOLUTION NO. 7520-00 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br />Roth, Seelie, S'kindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of the <br />Department of Human Services, on behalf of the City, to enter into an <br />Agreement with jthe Cuyahoga County Department of Senior and Adult <br />Services to accept and expend grant funds awarded for the purpose of <br />purchasing a vehicle through the CUYAHOGA COUNTY SENIOR <br />TRASNPORTATION GRANT AWARD. <br /> WHEREAS, the CUYAHCGA COUNTY SENIOR <br />TRANSPORTATION GRANT AWARD is allocated to communities providing <br />services to senior citizens. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Human Services, Division of <br /> Aging, will receive up to $30,000 to purchase a vehicle to provide <br /> transportation services to senior citizens. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> OHIO <br /> Section 1. That the Diiector of the Department of Human <br /> Services, on behalf of the City, be and is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga County Department of Senior <br /> and Adult Services to receive funds for the purpose of purchasing a vehicle <br /> through the CUYAHOGA COUNTY SENIOR TRANSPORTATION GRANT <br /> AWARD. <br /> Section 2.
