RESOLUTION NO, 7553-01 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, Roth, <br /> Seelie, Skindell <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Henry J, Hilow for public service as a <br />member of the Board of Zoning Appeals from January 1, 1996 through December 31, 2000. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ Henry 3, Hilow Was appointed by the Mayor of the City of <br />Lakewood as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, for a five-year term, serving as Vice- <br />Chairman in 1999 and Chairman in 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure as a member of the Board of Zoning <br />APpeals, Mr. Hilow demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future development <br />of our community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Mr. Hilow be given public cognizance and'recognition; now therefore~ <br /> <br />BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CZFY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor extend to Henry 3. Hilow <br />their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals, and that of all citizens of this community in an expression of appreciation by <br />this public recognition. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified cop,/of this Resolution to Henry J.
