RESOLUTIONNO. 7536-01 By: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, <br /> <br /> Roth, Seelie~ Skindell <br /> A RESOLUTION commendh~gRose Dziak~rpubl~ serviceasamemberof~e Keep <br />LakewoodBeautifulAdvisoryBoardffomJanuaryl, 1998to Decembar 31,2000. <br /> <br /> BB-IEREAS, Rose Dziak was appointed by the Mayor and Council 9f the City of <br />Lakewood as a member of the Keep Lakewood Beautiful Advisory Board, for a three year term <br />serving as a business representative; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure as a raember of the Keep Lakewood Beautiful Advisory <br />Board, Ms Dziak participated in beautification and environmental programs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure as a member of the Keep Lakewood Beautiful Advisory <br />Board, Ms. Dziak, was recoFdfized as a conscientious, effective and respected member who gave <br />liberally of her time, talents and energies to the preservation and future development of <br />Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Mr Dziak <br />be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That this Council and Mayor ex[end to Ms. Rose Dziak thek appreciation <br />for her valued and dedicated public service as a member of Keep Lakewood Beautiful Advisory <br />Board, amd that of all the citizens of this cmnmunity in an expression of appreciation by this <br />public recoghitio~ <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
