RESOLUTION NO. 7557-01 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, Roth, <br /> Seelie, Sklndell, Smith. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Sheila Cooley for her public service as a member of the <br />Citizens Advisory Committee of Lakewood (CAC) for federally-funded grant programs. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Cooley served on the CAC from February 28, 2000 to February 28, <br />2001; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure as a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee, Ms. <br />Cooley demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future development of our <br />community and served actively on the Committee, and such service contributed substantially to <br />the public interest; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is tiffing and prOper that the public service rendered by Sheila Cooley be <br />given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That. this Council and the Mayor extend to Sbeila COoley their <br />appreciation for her valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Citizens Advisory <br />Committee of Lakewood, and that all citizens of this community express that.appreciation by this <br />public recognition. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a personal certified copy of this resolution to Sheila Cooley who served on <br />the Citizens Advisory Committee of Lakewood for federally funded grant programs, and that a <br />copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
