REFERRED TO FINANCE COMMITTEE 4/15/02. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.: 7654-02 <br /> <br />~: Cormigan, Dunn, George, Roth, <br /> Seelie, Skindell. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the cost of <br />memberships of City employees and/or Departments and Divisions in certain <br />associations for the year 2002 and declaring such memberships to be in the public <br />interest. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, memberships of City employees in organizations are designed to <br />enhance the operation of City departments by the exchange of ideaS, information and <br />experience to the public benefit, and; now therefore <br /> <br />BE TT RESOLVED BY THE cTrY OF LAKE'WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That memberships in the following organizations and associations by <br />employees and/or Departments or Divisions of the City of Lakewood are hereby <br />declared to be in the public interest. <br /> <br />Northeast Ohio Mayors & City Managers Association <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Finance be hereby authorized to pay the costs of <br />memberships of municipal employees and/or Department or Divisions of the City of <br />Lakewood for the year 2002, in the organizations and associations set forth in Section 1 <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
