<br />RESOLUTION NO <br /> <br />7722-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to thank James Bowen, on the occasion of his <br />retirement, for his outstanding service to the City of Lakewood, Department of Public <br />Works, Division of Water and Wastewater Collection <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Bowen. has worked for the City of Lakewood, <br />Department of Public Works for over 30 years, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Bowen, will be retiring on January 31. 2003 as an <br />empioyee of the Division of Water and Wastewater Collection, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Bowen, deserves our appreciation and thanks for his <br />contributions to the community as a member of the Division of Water and Wastewater <br />Collection, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Bowen. has decided to retire from the Division of <br />Water and Wastewater Collection, Department of Public Works and we wish to extend <br />to him and his entire family our best wishes for much success and happiness in the <br />future; now therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1 That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to James Bowen <br />the gratitude of the citizens of this community for his dedicated service to the Lakewood <br />community <br />Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to James Bowen, at 1307 Nicholson Avenue, <br />Lakewood, OH, 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes <br />of the meeting <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to tlie public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />AOO"'""fì? ~ JJÛ <br /> <br />~'Y'J~ <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />AO"mO~r ZJ, bw.J <br /> <br />·Î-10(J 7 ~ <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />MM~ <br /> <br />\1 <br />
