<br />RESOLUTION NO 7724-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to thank Robert Eckert, on the occasion of his <br />retirement, for his outstanding service to the City of Lakewood, Department of Public <br />Works, Division of Streets/Forestry <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Eckert, has worked for the City of Lakewood, <br />Department of Public Works for 30 years, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Eckert, will be retiring on January 31, 2003 as an <br />employee of the Division of Streets/Forestry, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Eckert, deserves our appreciation and thanks for his <br />contributions to the community as a member of the Division of Streets/Forestry, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Eckert, has decided to retire from the Division of <br />Streets/Forestry, Department of Public Works and we wish to extend to him and his <br />entire family our best wishes for much success and happiness in the future; now <br />therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1 That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Robert Eckert <br />the gratitude of the citizens of this community for his dedicated service to the Lakewood <br />community <br />Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to Robert Eckert at 6702 Farnsworth, Parma, <br />OH, 44129 and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the <br />meeting <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all formàl actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting Qf this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements, <br /> <br />'""'"'j.'{))1, )0;3 <br /> <br />~.~~~ <br />PR SIDENT <br /> <br />APprove~ <br /> <br />2,3, 21/V} <br />( <br /> <br />~a17. #u- <br />LERK <br /> <br /> <br />MAy~¢íL <br />
