<br />RESOLUTION NO 7725-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dev:e.r, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, George, Roth, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION· to thank John Verbickey, on the occasion of his <br />retirement, for his outstanding service to the City of Lakewood, Department of Public <br />Works <br />WHEREAS. John Verbickey has worked for the City of Lakewood, <br />Department of Public Works for 35 years. and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Verbickey, will be retiring on January 31, 2003 as an <br />employee of the Division of Parks. and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Verbickey deserves our appreciation and thanks for his <br />contributions to the community as a member of the Division of Parks; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Verbickey, has decided to retire from the Division of <br />Parks, Department of Public Works and we wish to extend to him and his entire family <br />our best wishes for much Suçcess and happiness in the future; now therefore; <br /> <br />BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1 That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to John Verbickey <br />the gratitude of the citizens of this community for his dedicated service to the Lakewood <br />community <br />Section 2 That the Clerk of Councii be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to John Verbickey at 4156 Holl, #54, <br />Sheffield Lake, OH 44154. and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of the meeting <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Councii, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any òf its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Adopted iLJ ~!
