I~SOLUTION NO. 7734-03 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, <br /> George, Ro=h, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Thomas H. Einhouse for public service as <br />a member of the Lakewood Board of Zoning Appeals ~om January 1, 1995 through <br />December 31, 2002. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas Einhouse was appointed by the City Council of the <br />City of Lakewood as a member of the Lakewood Board Zoning Appeals for a two year <br />term, and then another five year term, serving as Vice-Chairman for one year and <br />Chairman for one year, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure on the Board of Zoning Appeals, Mr. <br />Einhouse demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future development of our <br />community such as requests for garage heights, lot coverage, rear and side-yard variances <br />and parking variances, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Thomas Einhouse be given public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Thomas Einhouse their <br />appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Lakewood <br />Board of Zo_~J_~g Appeals, and ~ of all citizens of this community in an expression of <br />appreciation by this public recognition. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and is h~reby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Thomas H. Einhouse, 1064 <br />Sylvan,, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
