Dever as a <br />member of the Governing Board Of Lakewood Hospital for the full two-year te~rn <br />ending December $1, 2005. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a ~rnely appointment to the Lakewood Hospit~i <br />Governing Board wU] provide immediate representation on the Board ahd <br />contribute to the inunedJate preservation of the public peace, property, health, <br />safely and weffare in the City for the usus/ dsJly operation of the CJly; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Sec~on 1. That Conncil hereby appoints <br />Michael W. Devar <br /> as a member of the Governing Board of Lakewood <br /> Hospimi for the full two-year term ending December 31, 2005. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That fl-ds Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor for reasons previously <br />set forth and defined, provided it receives the affirmative vote of at lea~t five (5) of <br />its members elected to Council, otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
