RESOLUTION NO. 7837-04 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION tb nominate n~=~ .~_ ~or.be as a <br />Commurdty Trustee of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association <br />for the fuji five year term ending December $1, 2008 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a timely appointment to the Governing Board of Lakewood <br />Hospitsl Association w~ provide immediate representation on the Goveniing <br />Board and contribute to the immediate preservation of the public healthy, safety <br />and welfare in the City; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THB CllY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1 That Coundl hereby nomfl~tes Dennis J. Roche aS <br />a Community Trustee of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association <br />for the full five yeer term ending December 31, 2008 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption by the Council and approval by the Mayor for <br />reasons previously set forth and defined, provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of at least five (5) of its members elected to Council, otherwise, it shall take effect <br />and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law <br /> <br /> Section 3.
