RESOLUTION NO ~38-04 <br /> <br />BY' Corrigmn, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br /> FitzGerald~ Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to nominate Patrick F. Hyland as a <br />Special Trustee of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Assodation for the <br />full five year term ending December 31, 2008. <br /> <br /> VVI-~REAS, a timely appointment to the Governing Board of Lakewood <br />Hospital Association will provide immediate representation on the Govern/n§ <br />Board and contribute to the immediate preservalinn of the public health, safety <br />and welfare in the City; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Sec°don 1. That Council hereby nominates Patrick P. Hyland as <br />a Special Trustee of the Govem/ng Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for <br />the fu~ five year term ending December 31, 2008. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
