RESOU2~ONNO. 7842-04 BY: Corrigan, Demro, Darer, Dunn, <br /> FitzGerald, ~adigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint T,~ ~rr~,~ asa <br />member of the Charter Review Comnfission of the City of Lakewood <br />commencing January; 2004. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Second Amended Charter requires <br />appointments to the Charter Review Commission be made in <br />January 2004 and each tenth year thereafter, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, five members of the Commission shall be <br />appointed by City Council, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a timely appointment to the Charter <br />Review Commission will meet the requirements of the Second <br />Amended Charter and contribute to the necessary daily <br />operation of the City; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESoLvED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints <br /> Lynn Farris as a member of the Charter Review <br />Commission for the indefinite term commencing January, 2004, in <br />accordance with Article XXIII, Section 8, of the Second Amended <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2..
