RESOLr~ONNO. 7844-04 BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br /> FitzGerald, Madigan, Seetie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint ,Tp~i~r Rpn~ ~a <br />member of the Charter Review Commission of the City of Lakewood <br />cornn~encing January, 2004. <br /> <br /> 1&HEREAS, the Second Amended Cha2er requires <br />appointments to the Charter Review Commission be made in <br />January 2004 and each tenth year thereafter, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, five members of the Commission shale be <br />appointed by City Council, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a timely appointment to the Charter <br />Review Commission will meet the requirements of the Second <br />Amended Charter and contribute to the necessary daily <br />operation of the City; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints <br /> Jennifer Scott <br /> as a member of the Ch~e~ Review <br />Comn~ssion for the indefh~te term commencing January, 2004, in <br />accordance with Ar~cle XX~I~ Section 8, of the Second Amended <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2..
