RESOLUTION NO 7849-04 <br /> <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Mr Michael W Kotansky for public service <br />as a member of the Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign <br />Review Board from Januar~ 1, 1999 through December 31,2003 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr, Michael Kotansky served as Vice-Chairman of the Board during <br />the calendar year 2002 and served as Chairman of the board during the calendar year <br />2003; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, During his tenure as a member of the Board of Buildin~ <br />Siandards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review Board, Mr. Kotansky reviewed <br />architectural proposals for the expansion of the Virginia Marti College of Fashion and <br />Design; the IHOP Restaurant, the Winking Lizard, and the expansion and <br />redevelopment of the Hinkley Lighting, [nc facility on Berea Road; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Mr <br />Michael Kotansky be given public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and Mayor wish to extend to Mr Michael Kotansky <br />their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service he has given to our <br />community as a member of the Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of <br />Review/Sign Board, and that all citizens of this community also join in an expression of <br />appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to Mr Michael Kotansky and that a copy of <br />this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br />Adopted' <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actiQns of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> <br />MAYOR ~// // <br /> <br /> <br />
