RESOLUTION NO 7850-04 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Mr John J R~ady for public service as a <br />member of the Board of Zoning Appeals from January 1, 1999 through December 31, <br />2003 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr John Ready served as Vice Chairman of the Board during the <br />calendar year 2002 and served as Chairman of the board during the calendar year <br />2003; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, During his tenure as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, Mr <br />Ready demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future development of our <br />community; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Mr John J. <br />Ready be given public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor wish to extend to Mr John J Ready their <br />appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service he has given to our community <br />as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, and that all citizens of this community <br />also join in an expression of appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br /> Section 2 That th~ Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a copy this Resolution to Mr John J, Ready and that a copy of this <br />Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3.
