RESOLUTION NO: 7890-04 <br /> <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to welcome you as a new resident of the City Of <br /> Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On July 21, 1986~ it came before the Council of the City of <br />La.k.e.wo0d that giving new residents ~nformation regarding some basic laws and <br />pohc~es concerning meir new community m,a,[ convey to them that the City is <br />mterested in assistmg them, making them t'eel at home more quickly; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the various city codes, which can be accessed through the City <br />of Lakewood webs~te, help to assure the community pride by which the history of <br />the City is distinguished; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the comfortable livinehere may continue through knowledge <br />of basic laws and policies such as pa~ing and refuse regulations, recyclhSg <br />guidelines, pet information and community ddvelopment programs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council wishes to warmly welcome you as a new resident <br />of this community; now, therefore: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. that Lakewood City Council, for itself and on behalf of all the <br />citizens of this community, warmlv welcomes you as a ne;v resident of the City of <br />Lakewood and wishes you much happiness, gratification and success in your new <br />surroundings. <br /> Section 2.
