RESOLUTION NO. 7900-04 BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br /> FitzGerald, Madlgan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to congratulate the St Edward High School Wrestling Team on <br />achieving their eighth straight State title <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ St Edward High School Wrestling Team has had an exciting and successful <br />seasou; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Lakewood are proud of these young atlfletes and <br />the positive publicity they have brought to our community and to the St. Edward Iligh School; <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the citizens of tiffs community desire to honor these athletes for their <br /> sportsmanship and dedicated team effort; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to recognize the accomplishments of the St. Edward High <br /> School Wrestling Teton ~vith tiffs resolution to extend to them our pride in their accomplistnnent. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and Mayor extend to the St. Edward High School Wrestling <br />Team their sincere congratulations on their eight straight State titles. <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a copy this Resolution to' St, Edward High School, 13500 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, <br />Ohio and a that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating tO the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that .... <br /> all such dehberatmns of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
