SeeliRo A RESOLUTION to thank Father Jerome Duke and the members of Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church for participating in the City of Lakewood 41h of July Parade as the Grand Marshal WHEREAS, Mayor Thomas J. George and the 2004 City of Lakewood Parade Committee chose Father Jerome Duke to be the 2004 Grand Marshal; and, WHEREAS, Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church has been a vital part of the community of Lakewood for many years, and; WHEREAS, The congregation of Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church under the guidance of Father Duke strongly believe that the church and the community should be mutually supportive, and they are to be recognized for their support of the community of Lakewood and their dedicated spirit Now therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Fathèr Jerome Duke and the members of Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church their appreciation and that of all the citizens of this community for their exceptional community spirit and dedication to the Lakewood community Section 2. That tbe Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward this Resolution to Fathèr Jerome Duke, Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, 12608 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, OH 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting Section 3.
