Laino as a <br />Community Trustee of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the <br />full five-year term ending December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO, <br /> <br />Section 1. That COlUlCil hereby appoints Kenneth J. L:;¡inn as a <br />Community Trustee of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the <br />full five-year term ending December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />Section 2.
