<br />RESOLUTION NO.: 7955-04 <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, Madígan, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION commending Virginia G Fitzgerald for public service as <br />a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission from January 1.1994 through <br />December 31,2004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Virginia G. Fitzgerald was appointed by the City Council of <br />the City of Lakewood as a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission for <br />four years of an unexpired term, and then another full six year term of her own, <br />serving as Vice-Chairman for two Years, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during her tenure on the Planning Commission. Mrs <br />Fitzgerald demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future <br />development of our community such as requests for conditional uses, use <br />variances, lot splits/lot consolidations. and planned developments. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Virginia G Fitzgerald be given public cognizance and recognition. now. <br />therefore. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHiO <br /> <br />Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Virginia G. Fitzgerald <br />their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the <br />Lakewood Planning Commission, and that of all citizens of this community in an <br />expression of appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Virginia G Fitzgerald, <br />13026 Hazelwood Avenue, Lakewood. Ohi'o 44107, and that a copy of this <br />Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br />Section 3.
