<br />RESOLUTION NO. 7990-05 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />BY: C· D D D <br />orr;I..gan" eTllro,ever, unn, <br />FitzGerald,~Mâdigan, Se~lie. <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Terrence Novak to <br />the position of Director of Human Resources upon his taking the oath of office. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five (5) members elected thereto <br />determines that this resolution is an emergency measure, and that this resolution shall <br />take effect at the earlie5t date possible as set forth in ARTICLE III, SECTONS 10 and <br />13 of the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety, and <br />to provide for the usual dally operation of municipal departments in that the position of <br />Director of Public Works is currently vacant. Now Therefore, <br /> <br />"--: c <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The appointment by the Mayor of Terrence Novak upon his taking <br />the oath of office to the position of Director of Human Resources is hereby approved by <br />this Council. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formai actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this Ordinance were passed in an open <br />meeting of this Council and that all deliberations of this Council and any of its <br />committees that resulted in such actions were in meetings open to the public and in <br />compliance with iegal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
