<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />8028-05 <br /> <br />BY: C· D <br />orr~gan, emro, Dever, Dunn, <br /> <br />FitzGerâld, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Safety Director, to enter into an <br />agreement on behalf of the City to accept an expend grant funds in the amount <br />of $40,000, from the Ohio Attorney General's Office to purchase a Livescan <br />computer that is used for fingerprinting. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has been awarded a grant not to exceed <br />$40,000 for the replacement of current Livescan computer system by the Ohio <br />Attorney General's Office. Now, Therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Mayor, as Safety Director, is hereby authorized to <br />enter into an agreement on behalf of the City to accept an expend grant funds in <br />the amount of $40,000, from the Ohio Attorney General's Office to purchase a <br />Livescan computer that is used for fingerprinting. <br /> <br />Section 2.
