RESOLUTION NO! 8050-05 BY~ Butler, Demro~ ;I)ever; Dunn;: ~ :~ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to congratulate the 2005 Lakewood High School Boys Soccer Team on <br />winning the Lake Erie League Championship and District Championship. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 2005 Lakewood High School Boys Soccer Team has had an exciting and <br />successful season; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Assistant Coach Bill Rabel and Varsity Coach, Winston Jacobs, LEL Coach <br />of the Year, have worked diligently with the team, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the resideuts of the City of Lakewood are proud of these young athletes and <br />their dedicated team effort and sportsmansttip; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to reco~alze the accomplishments of the Lakewood High <br />School Boys Soccer Team with this resolution to extend to them our pride in their <br />accomplishment Now, therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and Mayor extend to the Lakewood High School Boys <br />Soccer Team their sincere congratulations on winning the 2005 Lake Erie League <br />Championship and the District Championship <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a copy this Resolution to: Lakewood High School, 14100 Hilliard Boulevard, <br />)Lakewood, Ohio and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that ail formal actions of this Council concenRng <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
