Corrigan for his public service as <br />Comrcilmember, Ward I of the City of Lakewood <br /> <br /> WHERBAS, Patrick S Corrigan was appointed to the office of <br />Councihnember, Ward 1, April 5, 2005 and served until Decenrber 5, 2005 <br />choosing not to run for re-election, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Patrick S Corrigan served any and with distinction as Chair <br />of the Public Safety Conk-'rdttee, Member of the Public Works Connnittee, and <br />Council's appointee to the Lakewood Hospital Board, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Patrick S. Corrigan spoke boldly even when timidity might <br />have been politically expedient, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS; Patrick S. Corrigan brought his edgy sense of httmor to <br />institutions and situations dulled by confon~ty and bureaucracy; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and Mayor wish to commend Patrick S. <br />Corrigan for his dedicated service as Councilmember, Ward I for the City of <br />Lakewood and further that this Council wishes him continue years of health, <br />happiness and prosperity <br /> <br /> Section 2.
