RESOLUTION NO.: 8062-06 <br /> <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Chris Keim for his dedicated service as a <br />member of the City of Lakewood Board of Zoning Appeals. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chris Keim was appointed to the City of Lakewood B~ard of <br />Zoning Appeals due to his knowledge of Lakewood and his dedication to this <br />community; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure on the City of Lakewood Board of Zoning <br />Appeals, Chris Keim demonstrated a strong commitment to this important civic <br />position; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Chris Keim should be given public cognizance and recognition Now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Chris Keim their <br />appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the <br />City of Lakewood Board of Zoning Appeals, and that of all citizens of this <br />community in an expression of appreciation by this public recognition. <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Chris Keim, 1184 French <br />Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Approved. <br /> <br /> resident <br /> <br />Ma(/0r <br /> <br /> <br />
