RESOLUTION NO.: 8o65-o6 <br /> <br />BY:Antonio, Butler, Demro, De.er. <br /> FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Pauia Reed for her dedicated service as a <br />member of the City of Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Paula Reed was appointed to the Heritage Advisory Board <br />due to her knowledge of Lakewood and her dedication to this community; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure on the Heritage Advisory Board, Paula <br />Reed demonstrated a strong commitment to this important civic position; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Paula Reed should be given public cognizance and recognition Now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section I That this Coanoil and Mayor extend to Paula Reed their <br />appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the <br />Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board, and that of all citizens of this community in <br />an expression of appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Paula Reed, 1208 Manor <br />Park, Lakewood, Ohio 44'[07, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon <br />the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br /> Section 8 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements, <br /> <br />Adopted- <br /> <br />Approved. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
