RESOLUTION NO t =076~.'~, BY: Antonio, Butler, Demro, DeYer, <br /> 8073-0~ FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to recognize Loreen M. Gedeun on the occasion of her <br />retirement from public service in the Department of Planning and Development, Division <br />of Community Development for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHt~REAS, upon her retirement, Lorean M Gedeon, Staff Assistant, has <br />dedicated over 20 years to the City of Lakewood, ali of which were spent in the Division <br />of Community Development (formerly known as the Community Development <br />Corporation of Lakewood); and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Loreen M. Gedeon has made a sigdilficant contribution to the City of <br />Lakewood's revitalization by serv'mg as the Secretary to the Loah Approval Board; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to acknowledge Loreen M Gedeon for assisting <br />thousands of Lakewood residents seeking assistance about housing rehabilitation and <br />downpayment assistance Her efforts were extremely helpful in facilitating the processes <br />between staff and residents and should be commended; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting that all the citizens of the City of Lakewood express theit <br />true appreciation to Loreen M Gedeun for her helpful and courteous mariner wh'ti~ <br />assisting the residents of the City of Lakewood. Now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Commil and Mayor, hereby extend to Loreen M Gedeun, its <br />appreciation and that of all of the citizens of tiffs community for her dedicated service to <br />the Lakewood community <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Cleric of CounYfl is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />this Resolution to Mrs. Loreen M Gedeon and that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the rrdnutes of the meeting. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open mee£mg <br />of this Council, and that all such deliberatin~s of this Council and of any of it committees <br />that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance <br />with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
