RESOLUTION NO.: <br /> <br />8075-06 <br /> <br />RY: Butler~ Demro, Dever, <br /> Madigan, Seelie <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Ken Kowalski for his volunteer civic service <br />to the City of Lakewood as a member of the Fair Employment Wage Board <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ken Kowalski was appointed by Mayor George to the F~ir <br />Employment Wage Board of the City of Lakewood for a two year period; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ken Kowalski was elected by the members of the Board as <br />Chair to the Fair Employment Wage Board; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Ken <br />Kowalski should be given pdb]ic cognizance and recognition Now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Ken Kowalski their <br />appreciation for his valued and dedicated public service as a member of the City <br />of Lakewood Fair Employment Wage Board and the appreciation of all the <br />citizens of this community through this public recognition <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Ken Kowalski, 1466 Waterbury, <br />Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of this meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Adopted._~/.,.~ (~, <br /> <br />Approved' ~r~/_~-, ~),, <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
