<br />RESOLUTION NO. 8100-06 <br /> <br />BY' Antonio, Butler, Demro, Dever, <br />. FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />A Resolution commending Ronald and John Lucien for opening a <br />branch office of Prudential Lucien Realty at 18630 Detroit Avenue in the City of <br />Lakewood. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, seVeral Lucien agents are Lakewood residents and are <br />fulfilling Lakewood's vision of attracting people who wish to both live and work in <br />Lakewood, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lakewood's long history of family businesses is an <br />integral part of our local economy and the Lucien family aptly represents those <br />family values of principal interest to our City's prosperity such as hard work, <br />fairness and community pride, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is only fitting and proper that Prudential Lucien Realty <br />be given public cognizance and recognition for finding Lakewood's business <br />climate in good standing and investing in our City of Homes; noW, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That this Council for and on behalf of the citizens of <br />Lakewood hereby heartily welcome Prudential Lucien Realty to the City of <br />Lakewood. <br /> <br />¡ <br /> <br />Section 2.
