RESOLUTION NO' 8124-06 gy Antonio, sutler, Demro, <br /> Dever, FitzGerald, Madigan, 8eelie. <br /> A RESOLUTION to congratulate Ivor Kazabatkovic for his accomplishments at the <br /> National PTA Reflections Arts Competition. <br /> WHEREAS, Ivor Kazabatkovic won Is` place in the State Division and 3rd place in the <br /> National Division for photography; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Ivor Kazabatkovic works with the Lakewood Times and is one of the <br /> primary photographers for the Lakewood Observer proving with every issue that he is a talented <br /> young man• and, <br /> WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Lakewood are proud of Ivor Kazabatkovic for his <br /> accomplishments; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to recognize the accomplishments of Ivor Kazabatkovic <br /> with this resolution. Now, therefore <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1.
