RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />8192-07 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Pastor Michael Bar~olone, Lead Pastor and <br />Lakewood Chapel at their new home at 2150 Warren Road, Lakewood Ohio. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lakewood Chapel has been in Lakewood for twenty years under the <br />leadership of Pastor Bartolone; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during the past twenty years has met in different locations until the <br />purchase of the building at 2150 Warren Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by PastOr <br />Bartolone and Lakewood Chapel be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE I'F RESOLVED BY THE CFF'f OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor extend to Pastor Michael Bartolone <br />and the congregatiOn at Lakewood Chapel congratulations and best wishes on the purchase <br />of their own church and new home for Lakewood Chapel at 2150 Warren Road. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Pastor Michael Bartolone, 2150 <br />Warren Road, Lakewood Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the <br />minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
