RESOLUTION NO 8193-07 <br /> <br />Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to thank Dr Richard Parks, Pastor of the Lakewood <br />United Methodist Church, for participating in the City of Lakewood 4th of July Parade as <br />the Grand Marshal <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mayor Thomas J George and the 2007 City of Lakewood <br />Parade Committee chose Dr Richard Parks to be the Grand Marshal; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Dr' Richard Parks is to be recognized for his support and <br />involvement ia the community of Lakewood Now therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE oF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Dr Richard <br />Parks their appreciation as well as the appreciation of all the citizens of this community <br />for his exceptional community spirit and dedication to the Lakewood community <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and She is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward this Resolution to Dr Richard Parks and that a copy of this <br />Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3.
