RESOLUTION N0: R22~-OR BY: ~°t4Zni0,, i l~ock>,''P$~i°t~ea"r`, ~ev °r; Madigan, <br />Powers, Sum::.er~, <br />A RESOLUTION commending George Kubas, II for public service as a <br />member of the Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sigh Review <br />Board from January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2007. <br />WHEREAS, George Kubas, II was appointed by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood as a member of the Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of <br />Review/Sign Review Board, for afive-year term, serving as Vice-Chairman in 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Kubas served as Chairman in 2006 and 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, during his tenure as a member of the Board of Building <br />Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review Boar, Mr. Kubas demonstrated <br />sincere interest in the preservation and future development of our community; and <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Mr. <br />Kubas be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor extend to George Kubas, II <br />their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Board <br />of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review Board, and that of all <br />citizens of this community in an expression of appreciation by this public recognition. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed. to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to George Kubas, II, at George <br />Kubas II Design Associates, Inc., P.O.
