<br />PLEASE SUBSTITUTE./' FOR <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8233-08 REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />2/4/08. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8233-08 <br /> <br />BY: Antonio, Bul1ock, Butler, Dever, <br />Powers, Summers. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint Mary Cierebiej as a member of the <br />Lakewood Planning Commission for the full six-year term ending December 31, 2010. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Article XII, Section l(A), of the Second Amended <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby appoints Mary Cierebiej as a member <br />of the Lakewood Planuing Commission the full ix-year term ending December 31, 2010. <br /> <br />Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor at the earliest period allowed <br />bylaw. <br />Section 3.
