<br />REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />4/21/08. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8254::'08 <br /> <br />BY: Antonio, B,:,llock, Butler, <br />Dever, Madlgan, Powers. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of at least five (5) members elected to Council otherwise, it shall take effect and <br />be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing David Slife <br />to the Ememency Medical Services CommissiolJ.. for the full two-year term <br />beginning ay 19, ,2008 and ending May 17 , ,2010. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 31-99, <br />adopted by Council July 19, 1999, sets forth criteria for the establishment and <br />membership of the Emergency Medical Services Commission, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to convene the <br />Emergency Medical Services Commission meetings in a timely manner with the <br />benefit of a full Commission this Resolution shall go into immediate effect upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor; now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Council hereby appoints <br />David Slife to the Emergency Medical Services for the full two-year term <br />beginning and ending at such dates determined in the preamble of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all <br />formal action of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of the Council <br />and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Approved: ~1-,J, 8; :J-iJOi <br /> <br />Section 3.
