8427-10 <br />RESOLUTION N0. <br />Blr, ANTONIO, BULLOCK, BUTLER, MADIGAN, <br />POWERS, SMITH, SUMMERS. <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to accept, on behalf of the City of <br />Lakewood, the donation of four (4) pet oxygen mask kits from Lakewood Animal <br />Hospital. <br />WHEREAS, Lakewood Animal Hospital is celebrating its 30th Anniversary and <br />has generously offered to donate four (4) Pet Oxygen Mask Kits that can be used <br />to deliver oxygen to animals by EMS workers. Now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor to accept, on behalf of the City of Lakewood, <br />the donation of four (4) pet oxygen mask kits from Lakewood Animal Hospital. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Couhcil and <br />of any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: 7 ~/(~ <br />Approved: ~~ <br />9 <br />President <br />7• v <br />Clerk <br />~~- <br />Mayor <br />
