RESOLUTION N0. 8518-11 gY; Anderson, Bullock, Jurs, Madigan, <br />Nowlin, Powers, Smith. <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to make a gift of maps and aerial <br />photographs maintained by the City of Lakewood, Division of Engineering that are of <br />historical interest to the Lakewood Historical Society. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood Division of Engineering has numerous maps and <br />aerial photographs that are no longer of value to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, these documents do have historical value and should be maintained <br />for that purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, it seems fitting that these items be donated to the Lakewood <br />Historical Society for preservation and other uses consistent with their historical value. <br />Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to make a gift of certain maps <br />and aerial photographs (a list of which is attached as °Exhibit A'~ maintained by the City <br />of Lakewood, Division of Water and Wastewater Collection that is of historical interest to <br />the Lakewood Historical Society. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: , ~,i~ <br />Approved: ~~ <br />President <br />~Li.L,,, 7~ ~~ <br />Clerk <br />Mayor <br />
